Olympic Caliber Taco Dip

Cheer on the USA and excite your taste buds! These yummy taco cups have an assortment of flavors including our Jamaican Jerk snack and veggie Olympic rings! Dip:

1 15 oz. can vegetarian refried black beans (or pinto)
1 ¼ cup salsa (12oz)
1 bag Jamaican Jerk snacks (4oz)
1 ¼ cup guacamole (12oz)
1 ¼ cup sour cream (use vegan for dairy free version) (12oz.)

Toppings:

Crushed blue corn tortilla chips
Sliced olives
Diced Tomatoes
Corn
Diced Green Pepper

Directions:

You will need 5 circular 8-12oz cups or bowls that are all the same size. Clear glass or plastic looks the best.

Arrange the bowls so that they mimic the shape of the Olympic rings with 3 on top and 2 on the bottom.

Place ¼ cup of the refried beans in each bowl. Then top with ¼ cup of the salsa. Next is ¼ cup of the Jamaican Jerk Snacks. Followed by ¼ cup guacamole and finally ¼ cup of the sour cream.

For the toppings, starting from left to right, form a ring on the outside of the cup with the listed toppings according to the color of the rings: Blue, Black, Red, Yellow, Green.

Use the leftover blue corn tortilla chips for dipping!
