It’s not officially summer until you’ve had yourself the all-American classic S’more. Sitting around a fire, roasting marshmallows and reminiscing on the memories of the season is a fond memory of mine that I like to replay each year.
It’s hard to create the perfect atmosphere for making this camping treat year round, but there are ways to still enjoy a tasty snack without a fire.
The use of vegan ricemellow creme not only gives you the ability to have a s’more without the process of roasting a marshmallow but it also puts a bit of a healthier spin on it.
Suzanne’s Ricemellow Creme is not only vegan, it’s also gluten-free and completely non-dariy. It spreads easily on a sandwich or better yet, two crunchy graham crackers.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola S’mores
1 sheet of organic graham crackers
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
1 tbsp Suzanne’s Ricemellow Creme
1 tbsp College Staple granola
Break the graham cracker into two equal size squares. Spread one square with peanut butter and the other with ricemellow creme. Sprinkle granola on top of each side. Press two together and dig in!
