Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus

For this year’s pumpkin theme, we chose to make a dessert hummus using our new Sweet Potato Pie Nut Butter. This recipe substitutes the nut butter for tahini to create a delicious dessert-like flavor.
15 oz can of chickpeas, drained
15 oz can of pumpkin pie mix ***
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 c Sarah’s Sweet & Savory Snacks Sweet Potato Pie blended nut butter
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended with a smooth texture.
*** For a lower sugar content, substitute pure pumpkin puree and add 1-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix.
