Mornings can be hectic anytime of the year. With school in full swing and fall sports and activities keeping everyone busy, there is no better time to make your life easier with a quick, simple and easy overnight meal to fuel your morning.
Overnight oats are the perfect make-ahead meal for busy people on the go. This is one of our favorite Fall combinations, but this recipe can be made with any of our granola varieties. All you need is any one of our 2oz. Mini Bags in our Nuts About Granola line, 3/4 cup of milk or milk alternative and 1/4 cup of a fruit or vegetable puree of your choice such as applesauce, or in this case, pumpkin.
We love the simplicity and versatility that this overnight oats recipe offers! All the sweetness and flavor you need is in the granola, so we recommend that you use unsweetened milk and fruit or vegetable puree. You can also bump up the protein content and thicken up the mix by adding Greek Yogurt or nut butter.
