Savory Yogurt ParfaitWho says parfaits always have to be sweet? We used our Savory Snacks to create a savory parfait you won’t be able to get enough of. This is the PERFECT light lunch or snack.

Protein-packed plain Greek yogurt, paired with hearty savory snacks, crisp, fresh cucumbers and a tad a spice from the pepper jelly make this dish a perfectly balanced light meal that you can throw together in a matter of minutes!

Savory Yogurt Parfait_2Recipe

Serves 1

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
1/4 cup Jamaican or Coconut Curry Snacks
1 TBS Pepper Jam

Layer the yogurt, cucumber, snacks and Pepper Jam. ENJOY!
