Made with Sarah’s Coconut Currant Curry snacks, a savory blend of cashews, peanuts and sweet currants toasted with warm spices, divulge in a flavorful and healthy meal!

Coconut Currant Curry Chicken Wrap

  • Prep Time: 15m
  • Serves: 4
  • Yield: 4 wraps


  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Sarah’s Coconut Currant Curry snacks
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 roasted red pepper cut into strips
  • 1 packet of NuCo coconut wraps


  1. Mix the chicken, yogurt, curry powder and Sarah’s Snacks in a bowl.
  2. Place one wrap onto a plate. Place 1/4 cup lettuce and ¼ of the peppers evenly over the wrap and spread ½ cup of the chicken salad over the lettuce.
  3. Roll up the wrap like a burrito. Slice in half and enjoy!
