Ingredients: oats, currants, hulled hemp seeds, garlic, curry powder (turmeric, black pepper, chili, star anise, fennel seed, fenugreek seed, coriander, cumin, allspice, salt.)

HOW TO PREPARE
1. Remove lid.
2. Pour 1 cup HOT water into the bowl.
3. Stir and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add water or milk to adjust thickness.
